Voluteer Information
From its humble beginnings as a community creek clean up in 1985, volunteers have been at the core of the success of the Boulder Creek Festival. Simply put, the Festival could not exist without the dedication and hard work of hundreds of volunteers.
The Boulder Creek Festival’s volunteer program welcomes hundreds of citizens from Boulder County to participate in the Festival. It is a wonderful way to meet people and come together by helping out the community!
There is something for everyone who would like to volunteer, and community members have several options:
- Manage an event area
- Assist in office support prior to the event
- Participate in event operations and logistics
- Sell souvenirs or beverages at the event
- Help with set up before the event and/or take down after the festival
- Stop by the Volunteer Check-In during the event and enlist as a “Weekend Warrior” simply spend an hour or two helping out with any of the hundreds of small but important tasks at the festival!
If you are interested in volunteering for the 2010 Boulder Creek Festival, read through the information about the weekend opportunities for volunteers, then download the registration form. Complete the form, sign the Volunteer Waiver, and mail or fax forms back to the Boulder Creek Events office as soon as possible. Please use one name per form.
Volunteers who wish to work together should indicate who they want to work with on the form and should try to return the forms together. You will receive your volunteer assignments at Volunteer Orientation. Please understand that it may not be possible to place everyone in the positions they sign up for, but we will try our best to accommodate all requests!
