Hometown Fair Volunteer Information
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 2009 Boulder Creek Hometown Fair! Our events are so successful due in part to volunteers like YOU!
Please read through the information about opportunities for volunteers (below), then download the Volunteer Application and Volunteer Waiver. Complete the form, sign the waiver, and mail or fax both forms back to the Boulder Creek Events office as soon as possible.
Boulder Creek Hometown Fair
Volunteer Information
Started in 1998, this hometown celebration features arts & crafts exhibitors in Central Park, great live performances at the Bandshell, a food court & two beer gardens, and an entire children’s area with carnival rides and exhibitors, the Great Zucchini Race, a Fire/Rescue Safety Expo, and much more!
Come Volunteer for this event and be part of the community fun!!!
Dates & Times
Friday, September 4th: 1pm-9pm
Saturday, September 5th: 6am-9:30pm
Sunday, September 6th: 8am-9:30pm
Monday, September 7th: 8am-9:30pm
Tuesday, September 8th: 6am-3pm
Attendance During the Festival
Each volunteer position is important, and we count on all of our volunteers to ensure that the Fair runs smoothly. If you need to reschedule you shift prior to the weekend of the event, or if you are running late or have an emergency and cannot make it to your shift during the weekend of the event, please contact the Fair Volunteer Coordinator, Rachael Pryor as soon as possible at: info@bouldercreekevents.com
Check In/Check Out
We ask that you arrive and check in at the Main Command Post at the Boulder Creek Hometown Fair (Located in the BCE Production Tents on the South West side of the Boulder Municipal Building) at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your shift to sign in and gather helpful volunteer instructions and information. Once you have completed your shift, you will need to check back with the Main Command Post to sign out. These procedures are extremely important to follow.
