HTF Vendor - Application Process

Exhibitor Acceptance into the HTF

Each exhibitor accepted into the Festival will be receiving acceptance packets in August via email. The packets will include the following:

  • Festival & Event Area Maps

  • Booth Location & Booth Number

  • General Info Packet

  • Parking/Unloading Instructions & Pass


For any exhibitors who need to cancel their application, the cancellation deadline is August 10, 2018. All cancellations must be received in writing and will be confirmed by the Festival office. Absolutely no cancellations or refunds will be considered after August 10th.
