Boulder Creek Events has opportunities to volunteer at the Boulder Creek Festival® and the Boulder Creek Hometown Festival! Read more below about opportunities to be involved in your local community.
At the Boulder Creek Festival®
From its humble beginnings as a community creek clean up in 1985, volunteers have been at the core of the success of the Boulder Creek Festival®. Simply put, the Festival could not exist without the dedication and hard work of hundreds of volunteers!
The Festival’s volunteer program welcomes hundreds of citizens from Boulder County to participate in the event. It is a wonderful way to meet people and come together by helping out the community!
There is something for everyone who would like to volunteer, and community members have several options:
Manage an event area
Assist in office support prior to the event
Participate in event operations and logistics
Sell souvenirs or beverages at the event
Help with set up before the event and/or take down after the festival
Make Boulder a little greener and help out with our Zero Waste efforts
Stop by the Volunteer Check-In during the event and simply spend an hour or two helping out with any of the hundreds of small but important tasks at the festival!
Please bring your signed waiver with you when you check in at the event. Please use one name per form.
If you are interested in volunteering for the 2019 Boulder Creek Festival®, we have many different positions that need to be filled. Please be flexible, we may need to switch volunteers around with duties due to different event needs, but will try our best to accommodate requests. We value your time and appreciate your willingness to help at Boulder’s favorite event. We’ll see you on site!
For more information on volunteering at the BCF, please call the Festival office at 303.449.3137 or visit the Main Command Post/Volunteer Check-In on site at the event.
At the Boulder Creek Hometown Festival
We also accept volunteers at our Labor Day Weekend event, the Boulder Creek Hometown Festival. While a smaller scale than the Boulder Creek Festival®, many of the duties and needs of the event are the same. Fill out this waiver and bring it with you on-site. If you have any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 303.449.3137.
